Alisha DeBerry,

Alisha DeBerry, MBA, DREI, GSI, the esteemed Managing Member of Platinum Group Realty, LLC and currently serving as the Broker-in-Charge for both North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC). A proud Purdue University graduate, Alisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), showcasing her commitment to excellence in education and real estate.
Beyond her role as a practicing real estate professional, Alisha has made significant contributions as a lecturer and adjunct college educator at various institutions in NC. With an unwavering spirit of excellence and integrity, she is known for delivering top-notch real estate services, employing ethical business practices, and adeptly negotiating on behalf of her clients.
As a former Executive Board of Director for the Union County Association of Realtors (UCAR) and a dedicated member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Alisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. She actively participates in the NC REALTORS® Association Risk Management committee and NCREC Education Advisory Task Force, offering valuable insights on brokerage issues and engaging in Broker-in-Charge focus groups.
A published Amazon best-selling author, Alisha’s passion for researching real estate case law and state license law has led her to three publications.
